It says that a screenshot of the Purchase Page is not proof of your purchase. Please include your
- Transaction ID
- Issue that you are having and details about it
- Minecraft Username
- Purchase Date
In an e-mail addressed to
sales@cubecraft.net. I understand that you do not have an email, but you may need to create one if you want a fast and helpful answer.
Please remember that your purchase may take some time to come through, it will not be automatic. My purchase took about 7 hours to go through but it eventually did.
