Extra options on posting thread

hey guys, i thought it would be cool to have more options while posting a thread, for instance, make only staff able to reply, close the thread in so many days, or even have a thing where you can only post one time on the thread. such options could only be chosen by the person that is making the thread, and they can't be changed after the thread is posted.

any comments?
or ideas?

i think this would help in mute/ban appeals so that the person appealing can make only staff be ably to reply, etc.

Please don't use excuses like that to post random 3 letter messages to up your post count. Its really obvious and not nice.

I really like the idea! But people who would make a mute appeal, or ban appeal, what if they used the 'Staff Only' option, & they weren't the ones to see it them hacking or swearing, it was a random person who isn't a staff... I think everyone should get their opinion on a forum :)
But the rest of the ideas I loved!

I think making it so only staff could reply would be nice but idk some people say the reporter might want to say something but idk I like it tho

well i was thinking maybe having a "only allow this member(s)" option where they type in the name of members that werre related to the incedent.
