FFA Quality of Life Suggestion

Add a line of dialogue upon joining any FFA map/mode, which reads:
'Welcome to FFA: Here, you're free to play however you see fit! (Hacking is still illegal!)'

Why? Because people seem to misinterpret 'Free for All' as 'You must play solo and must use the Beast kit at all times else I will report you until you quit the internet.com forever'.

By adding this line, you're stating that:
-Teaming is allowed
-Camping is allowed
-Despite popular belief, you're allowed to use whichever kit you like


Pros:
-Makes chat less annoying
-Pwns the wannabes
-Literally everything else

Cons:
-Encourages people to play how they see fit
-Resolves debates surrounding the rules before they've even happened
-These cons are actually all pros

Although this would solve every one of your problems, you'd need to clarify that cheating isn't allowed. (cheating = hacking, glitch abuse, etc.)
I guarantee you that people would use this phrase as an excuse otherwise.

By saying server rules apply it pretty much sounds like you are reversing the fix
That is already implied
Sure it’s in the “you must use beast kit”
But for the teaming no other specification teaming is fine will just make peopel assume it isn’t if they didn’t know otherwise


I greatly agree but I think you might need to be more specific

Also make sure the message is in dark red or light green so they can see it

Never understood how someone can camp in FFA, lol. On the other hand, I can see why people always say "Teaming isn't allowed!" A message like this wouldn't hurt anyone, and would do some justice for the teamers.

I just know someone is going to make some stupid excuse regarding this when they get banned.

"I WASNT HACKING I WAS ABUSING A BUG IT'S HOW I SEE FIT GO AWAY MODS"

I don't see why not.

This really sums up how I feel. Like... I guess. I don't feel that we very badly need this, and most of our devs are already assigned to something already. It'd be a small change, yes, but it would still take a dev off a project and I'm just not really for that unless it's something that MUST be added.
