Beyond time and space
Map that is (mostly) made out of water. With the new 1.13 stuff, I'm pretty sure builders can build an awesome water map. Coral reefs, sunken ships, tropical island, maybe even an iceberg?

This map has it's own kits. Tridents with riptide, tridents with loyalty, maybe even tridents with channeling. The map can have a unique weather cycle with rain for players with riptide to soar trough the skies, thunder for channeling, and clear weather to keep things interesting.

The turtle (tank) Diamond/iron armor, turtle helmet, turtle potion, (level 1), 1 Trident with impaling I, depth strider. Decent both on land and in water

The pirate (warrior/archer) Diamond sword, leather/chain armor, depth strider boots and a bow. Mainly good for land but can swim somewhat.

Poseidon/mermaid (underwater archer) Gold armor, water breathing, respiration III, depth strider and a trident with loyalty III and impaling III. Always good in water, can be viable on land during rain, not so much during clear weather.

Underwater ninja (movement): Depth strider leather boots, respiration leather helmet, leather leggings, elytra, riptide+impaling IV trident. Speed 1. Good in the water and can fly during rain or thunder. Not so much armor but can move quickly.

Zeus (movement/archer): Gold armor, trident with channeling and loyalty, different trident with riptide. Both tridents with impaling II. Can be very good during thunderstorms but during clear weather or rain it's basically a weaker archer.

Beast: Literally just the beast kit from the other maps. Good on land, absolutely sucks in the water.

In case you don't know what those enchants are that I just mentioned:

Obviously the map is 1.13 only.

If cubecraft can make it without destroying players' FPS, I agree.
