Apparently you threatened another community member and was being generally quite offensive which is why you got send this: "You should know that we are very careful about who we are seen to be working with and expect the highest standards of behaviour from them. I haven't seen the screenshots, I'm not involved in the complaint, I take no interest in what goes on. I was just told by a staff member something happened and I'm on holiday so i couldn't deal with it directly. That is why Q sent that message, hopefully that is more clarity
