It's because the void instantly kills you. I think it would be much better if the void kills you later and not instantly:p.

But when you fall down, only for like 6 blocks you will already die... With this ender pearl clutches are imposible.

Maybe try to use a waterbucket? You probably die because of fall damage?

Yeah, if I pearl clutch, I use a waterbucket, but not if I just pearl... It's just really broken

You shouldn't be in the void if you have ever pearled in Cube... ;). They aren't broken, its just the void depth that you don't like. The pearls work the same way as they do in vanilla Minecraft. Maybe appeal for a change in the void depth, and not the pearls? They can't really change it. :)

Unfortunately I am not kidding. Cubecraft focuses on being a "family-friendly" server, that is why they instituted that rule. There are many members on these forums that are very young and naive, and we want to create the best experience possible for them here on the forums.
