For goodness sake Cube.
I haven't played for about 3 months because it was evident you as a server did not care about fixing problems evident on the server that change the game for all of the players. Instead, I come back to a new ui change and plenty of bugs that I'm sure would take way less to fix as opposed to making useless cosmetic changes that aren't needed. Eggwars is broken yet again, plenty of times I do not get a kill for knocking someone in the void, I have had times where I thought I would get a perfect game in eggwars solos, only to realise that I didn't rightfully get a kill when I knocked someone into the void. Downwards knockback is still a thing and it is killing me so often because I play with over 200 ms to the region, meaning by the time the useless thing is even recognised, I have already done another action, thus screwing me over by bringing me down. For some reason Eggwars is back to the old way it was (which may I add, if this was intentional then good job, it is actually so fun), hackers roam cube like there is no tomorrow, and for some reason /sr doesn't even work 90% of the time, anticheat is dogcrap only catching out innocent players 90% of the time, my skywars bridge cuts out almost always, which only EXCLUSIVELY happens in skywars, not eggwars, blockwars, or anything, just skywars. There are countless other bugs I could list off, yes, there are that many, but I would just be wasting my breath, you guys don't even listen anymore, all you care about is making stupid cosmetic changes, to quote some random person who I can't remember their name, "Don't fix what isn't broke". Just please, for once, make the game better to play, not easier...

About the bugs, you can gather evidence and report it here (java) or here (bedrock)
About the cheaters, you can report them here (java) or here (bedrock)

The thing you say about pushing people to the void and not getting the kill is also present in SkyWars, its really annoying. Hope they fix asap.

I can assure you that cheaters always do get banned even if it takes a while, it's not like mods are online 24/7, they have a life outside of cube. If you don't report them then we can't do much because we can't just magically think ''Okay this person is cheating'' about someone we have never ever seen before. The anti cheat also gets improved everyday and gets worked on every single day just to improve, I understand your frustration but complaining about it here does not help, like Stijn said - if you find bugs/cheaters please report them so we can do something about this :)

I can assure you that cheaters always do get banned even if it takes a while, it's not like mods are online 24/7, they have a life outside of cube. If you don't report them then we can't do much because we can't just magically think ''Okay this person is cheating'' about someone we have never ever seen before. The anti cheat also gets improved everyday and gets worked on every single day just to improve, I understand your frustration but complaining about it here does not help, like Stijn said - if you find bugs/cheaters please report them so we can do something about this :)

You can't blame the staff members for bug appearing in the game, you can only appreciate their effort to try and fix the problem so everyone can enjoy the game fully again. Cubecraft staff is actually quite active and they do a lot, but there is a lot on their plates. Spreading hate will only make them less motivated to keep going and more bugs will appear.

Listen, I may have come across as aggressive, but you gotta understand, some of these bugs have existed for months, even before I left the game, they have been reported before, and most of the time they are rejected. For example, some of my friends have reported downwards kb and it was rejected as an 'intentional feature', and so I have been told, the team are refusing to fix the bug where people don't get a kill in the right time. I agree that yes, it isn't SOME of the staff's fault, but for goodness sake, this server is one of the biggest in cube! There is no way bugs like these should fly. Players are leaving because of this, players HAVE left because of this. If the bug has existed for a long time and the team haven't gotten onto it after a month then that isn't really that good.

Yeah, they do get banned, after they get inevitably reported by someone, but there are problems with this system. The average player would not be willing to report a hacker that they find in the game, as it would take too long. I have reported cheaters every time I find them, but it always results in them back on the network and cheating again. I have found alot of people whom I have reported before back on the server, the bans should be a little harsher and more refined.

Recently there has been a framework transition, whereas the core software that all the network runs off has been updated and improved to allow developers the ability to synchronise specific elements within the network to grant them the capacity to implement new features, fix bugs, add new features that the old software could've otherwise never supported (or that was my understanding).
Due to the migration process, new and old bugs have shined into light as the typical process that occurs to any network when its core framework has been altered, so all we could do at the moment is be patient and notify the development team regarding bugs witnessed here. Throughout my experience, concerns raised through their bug report or player report forms, I have almost always got a response within hours of submitting them, so I suggest you report them, or maybe raise your concerns to modify specific elements within the game (intentional features) as suggestions.

The track for cheating is 30 days -> perm, this is actually a good track because cheaters can get a second chance, if they keep on cheating they get banned again and this time permanently, and probably won’t get unbanned by appealing (maybe after a year or so) so that they can improve themselves and learn to not cheat, though if you think the track should change feel free to create a suggestion -> https://cbecrft.net/suggestions

Yeah, not to mention that Mojang/Microsoft and CubeCraft have measures in place to prevent alt accounts, such as connection blocks (alt detection), and VPN/Proxy prevention, so if anything, it's actually better than the majority of other servers.

The gens have not gotten slower, the people have gotten better at the game. There is a kit called Momey Bags which gives you 15 iron and if you know how to play without getting a lot of recources you can rush really fast indeed.

I’m talking about bedrock and in bedrock gens became much slower and many people reported this bug but they still didn’t fix it yet. People that afk on gens make it forever to get iron to rush enemy’s base which gives my team a huge disadvantage.

I appreciate you helping with the forums btw, but yes I do agree that it is good that cheaters get a second chance, however, when people reoffend and sometimes specific people who have ties with some of the higher up mods get unbanned almost instantly. Double clicking is not strictly enforced either. I have seen so many noobs be able to hit 8 block extensions because they spam their mouse and get over 20 cps.

Oh my bad! I only play Java so my knowledge of Bedrock is about 0.

I have never seen an instance where someone who has ties with a higher-up got unbanned. Are you sure about that statement, and if you are, how would you know that its for that reason they got unbanned as it sounds highly far fetched...

It's not far fetched, I am certain about it. People who are in the 'higher class' if you will get unbanned even if they were cheating, its messed up. Also downwards kb is in bedrock if I am correct solely, it doesn't exist in Java. Cube won't fix it and it screws people who have high ping over so much. It is so unfair that they only focus on cosmetic changes, when a whole player base needs new servers or bug fixes. Also btw going back to the thing were you said that unbanning someone for ties is far fetched, it really isn't, happens all the time.
