Grace period on Eggwars

I'm kinda tired of spawning in and having my egg destoryed as soon as I get to middle or start getting stuff.

You need to make it were kids can't rush our islands right away as soon as they spawn and destory our eggs and kill us all.
Now note their is no grace period on the player, So he could rush and kill all the players but they can respawn.

I would say atleast a 1 minute grace period on the egg to or more up to you.

I just think it would make the game more enjoyable then having to stress because someone rushed as soon as they spawned

GRace period,that is not something I think cubecraft will EVER consider just becuz itl mess with the kits.

No, definitely not. It is part of the game. If this were to removed whole kits and shop prices would be out of balance. The best thing to do is just deal with it. (TIP: What I always do is just let my egg be and hope for the best, the #CubeTip at the end of the parkour is there for a reason: Just don't die, even with egg.)

I wouldn't like this, as rushing is an integral part of EggWars. Just rush the people on both sides of you then go to spawn, that's what I do to make sure people don't rush me nearly as easily :D

A lot of players go for quick destruction missions on unprotected eggs because it's easier to rush an unguarded egg in leather than it is to systematically bridge to an obsidian-covered egg in iron. May I suggest paying more attention to bridgers around you and to focus more on getting some quick sandstone onto your egg before venturing out?

It would be to op in my opinion. I mean we have spawn protection (in my opinion it's already annoying). Anyways grace period with be spawn protection for everyone. Everyone would just fight over the diamonds at mid. So it doesn't serve a point in my opinion. Who knows..

Please no. This would ruin the game, especially on aolo maps where you can quickly go to eggs in ~20 seconds.

Either way, it's always beneficial to suggest things - doesn't mean they will be added. Better to let everyone have a voice :)

You could always get full obsidian before going to mid and maybe make a one way bridge by building stairs or something then breaking your bridge slightly on your way back. That makes you far less vulnerable.

Edit: Spawn protection is annoying enough, as said above.

Eggwars already can last a decent amount of time depending on who your playing against and the strategies that you have going on both sides. Gold is provided on the island which allow you to turn them into obsidian via trading with the terminal. grace period will allow the game to last longer, and actually require no skill you can get obsidian from 10g which in the beginning 5-10 mins you can get obsidian around the egg, granted you can't upgrade the generator till after because it will take up more obsidian which is what the rusher player is for. It's all about how you approach the game. sorry man. not a fan of grace period

Depending on how you play there are numerous amounts of strategy involved to countering these type of stuff. IMO i personally don't care much for my egg. So it really depends on your playstyle. Like one of the above comment mentioned the best way to counter is to just put some sandstone up to block early intruders.

I don't support this at all. Just go as fast as you can to the iron gen, make some blocks, build your egg in. If someone commes to your island you can try to kill him because he has probably no armour, break the bridge or destroy his egg.
