You should totally dress up, it could go really good or really bad

I guess a lot of people uses this as an opportunity to get out and get drunk.

As someone who would love to dress up gothically/punkish/gothic-lolita - my country is super hot (singapore) and we only have summer here.
So wearing something gothically will not only be hot as burning in hell but the people here can be very judgmental.
I love Halloween because I can use this as an excuse to wear all my fancy clothing in the pretext of Halloween.
I also love doing spooky make up.
Skin : I am bad at editing so I'm probably not going to change it.
