The first yes: I was warned for inappropriate language on the forums. This warning happened on November 9, 2016
But no: I have not been punished on any other platform surprisingly. I used to be a very toxic player in Assassination, but I never got reported for bullying or swearing.
The last yes: I got network banned before rejoining that staff team once again. This ban was issued on april 4 2018 for the suspicioun of leaking. Whole drama happened, bla bla not something important unless you really need to know. Then I got unbanned and after about 9 months I became a Moderator once again.

Yeah I was. I was falsely muted for advertising - fake evidence was made. Punishment removed though, but that was after a year or so because the moderator thought it was real. D;
Unfortunately, yes. You can find most of my punishments on my appeal page. I'm not proud of them and I wish I didn't do it. All my punishments were from over 2 years ago though
My account was compromised once because I logged in at a friend's place, so I was banned after that, oopsie
I also have gotten a warning for swearing after someone created fake evidence of me swearing in the chat. Unfortunately, the evidence seemed legit so I couldn't prove it was faked, so the warning is still valid :c Though I'm fine with it. As a mod I would've done the same thing if there was no proof of evidence being faked.
EDIT: I went to the staff member again who gave the warning, it's finally undone after 2 years by looking into it again!
After all, I'm never really punished for bad behavior/breaking rules. If I get mad because I lost a fight or died in the void again, I only swear out loud or I just quit the game, because I know that swearing in a public chat doesn't help in any way, it's not worth it (or at least not for me, but I hope I'm not the only one).

Yep, I was muted two times, for advertising and impersonating YouTuber around 5 years ago. I was also false banned (by Sentinel) 3 times. One of those bans was during my application process. Luckily I was recording and I got unbanned within 2 hours
I totally had a really false Sentinel ban and that ignore whose who call me a cheater :warz:
I'm amazed that I haven't actually been punished ever in my almost 6 years here. It's magical.

1 false ban by Sentinel and 2 warnings (1 for Swearing and 1 for spamming) :(

My appeal was a work of art and if someone send it to me I would absolutely DENY it :) so no idea how I got that unban (ty Tacos I guess)
