Hello, i need help

Lo que pasa es que al parecer el centinela me baneo por tener supuestos hacks pero no entiendo a por que ya que nunca he usado hacks ya he apelado y la han rechazado sin darme alguna explicacion, tambien he contactado con 2 distintos mods y ninguno me a dado alguna respuesta de esto, solo 1 me pregunto sobre mi nombre y jamas me volvio a contestar esto me parece un poco irrespetuoso pero en fin esto es otro tema y quisiera saber si me podrian dar mas informacion acerca de mi ban y si habria alguna forma de que me hicieran una SS (Screenshare) para asegurar que no tenga ningun tipo de hacks o arreglar de otra forma para poder borrar esta sancion de mi cuenta..

What happens is that apparently the sentry banned me for alleged hacks but I do not understand why since I have never used hacks I have already appealed and they have rejected it without giving me any explanation, I have also contacted 2 different mods and none of them Given some response to this, only 1 asked about my name and never answered me again this seems a bit disrespectful but in the end this is another issue and I would like to know if you could give me more information about my ban and if there would be any way that they made me an SS (Screenshare) to ensure that I do not have any type of hacks or fix otherwise to be able to delete this sanction from my account ..

Just know that you are not the only one who was "unfairly" banned, so you have to wait for a reply from him.

Comenteselo a un miembro del STAFF, tienes que decirles todo lo que paso. Ya que si la consola SENTINEL te ha baneado, no es por cualquier cosa.
