I would like to know how many people u are going to be taking in and how often this will happen casue i have applied many times before so i would like to know does that lower my chances or increase them?

Know that applying for Helper is not a simple process and they get many applicants.
Only a few have a chance to get accepted.
Simply be patient and see what happens.
(NOTE: Please don't spam staff about your report because THAT will lower your chances)

You need 50+ messages to be considered for an interview if u look at @zDutchie she is a new helper so that is the stats you would need for helper

Still keep trying as your persistence may pay off in the long run. That is what I've been doing. Just make sure it is 1x/month

From what I've heard, there are over a hundred applications every day.

You need 50+ messages to be considered for an interview if u look at zdutchie she is a new helper so that is the stats you would need for helper

It doesn't completely work like that. If you have less than 50 messages, you have little to no chance of not getting filtered out right away. In order to receive an interview invitation, you need to have more than 50 messages, you have to be a well known member in the community, you have to be able to speak and write proper English and a lot more.

Becoming a staff member isn't about your amount of messages or likes. @Lezappen had like 150 messages or something when he got his rank :P

Becoming a staff member isn't about your amount of messages or likes. @Lezappen had like 150 messages or something when he got his rank :p

150 is still greater than 50 ;P

You can always re-apply every month. HackersDontWin has told me it took around 4 months before he got accepted.

You are free to apply again after one month of getting no response.
My staff application wasn't the best, I won't disclose what I've written but oh how much I rented there.

You'll have to be confident in what you're writing or going to tell them. File an application like how you would with a job resume.

Could you specify what are the requirements to be a helper? That would help everyone and less people would ask about it, including me.
