hey i think you should remove cubelets from the store, they are kind of unfair too since you pay money and you dont get what you want. Its also gambling so I think we should remove them from the store.

I don't really concider it as gambling.

When you are actually gambling you pay money in the hope by earning more in a way (a casino is a perfect example of that).
While with Cubelets, you pay for cosmetics (wich will be randomy decided). None of these will have any kind of impact on the game, wich is why I don't see buying Cubelets as gambling.

Apart from that, I don't really see a reason to remove them aswell.
If you want to buy Cubelets, you buy them. If you don't, you don't. Quite simple.

Same, I doubt it’ll happen, but if the law finds out cube may be in trouble, but idk if they’ll check blockgame servers.

Nah, if people reallt wanna spend so much money on useless cosmetics then I'd say fine, let them, more money for CubeCraft and more cosmetics for them. Win win

Its the same as buying FIFA points on FIFA to open packs. On there you can either buy packs with coins that you get from playing the game (just like you can get cubelets from playing on cubecraft), or you can buy FIFA points with real money and buying packs that way (just like you can buy cubelets in the store). If you receive duplicates on FIFA you can quick sell them for a bit of money (just like you get 'loot points' on cubecraft if you get a duplicate). It is a nice way for the server to make money

If ea is still afloat especially after publishing star wars battle front 2... I think cube is fine.

The main reason cubelets are random as opposed to always buying just a cosmetic is partially because it masks the price of the item. You feel more accomplished spending (how much are cubelets?) On a mystical box you can open for a reward. If you can buy cosmetics then there is a finite amount of money you can spend to fully get everything.

Do I think these reasons are scummy? Yes. But I also think that if you don't buy cubelets you are at equal advantage with everyone else.

I think it's actually the fact that the things you get from those packs has a 'hard currency' value to them is what was ruled as being illegal. i.e. there is a chance that whatever you find in a FIFA pack is worth more than you paid for the pack in the first place. This isn't the case with cubelets as there is no real money value to our cosmetics.

It doesn't really encourage people to play your games. If anything you can lose players. They play your games less if they can just buy what they can normally get by winning YOUR games.
