Internet Explorer is most likely your main problem.
I am no tech support, but try one of the following browsers; Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, Safari (Not recommended), really anything besides IE.

That's not true at all. It's either your web browser or your internet connection.

If chrome is slow I am pretty sure your computer has a couple of viruses. You should do a clean up ;)
