Ban For USING SpeedHack and AimBot
Basic Info about those hacks, SpeedHack Basically, Speed
AimBot, Aiming For you

I will Answer the question from the reply first
Q.I don't think sneaking(crouching) increases accuracy anyway
A. It really helps to get a correct shot, crouch helps me to stop perfectly

Ok If you watch the video you can clearly see that I am crouching whole time and moving fast with crouching.
I will accept that. It is a Lag or Glitch It could be SERVER OR REPORTER PC OR MINECRAFT

But Please Imagine You are KimchiGod and You are fighting with him, and you do crouch-fire-uncrouch-sprintjump-stop- recrouch ect... That's what i did on the video, BUT I don't know why the video looks like I am crouching.

AimBot, AimBot hack is terrible, No one can't make perfect AimBot Becuase Computer can't predict where you going, So it is impossible to use Aimbow.

Again Aimbow is nothing to do with speed aiming some people saying I pulled my bow really fast.... I don't know why you think that.

Comment From HyperBravo: No, I am not. I've seen the crouch glitch before but because usually hackers pair that with noslow, it looks suspicious at first. However, you didn't have noslow on. If you did, you would've been strafing at walking speed.

make an appeal at https://appeals.cubecraft.net/ note 0:24 where you are standing up. I don't think sneaking increases accuracy anyway :p it does shorten your hitbox though so you are harder to hit
^
Also a "fight" between a ranked guy and a stone guy won't increase the ranked guy his chances. Everyone is the same on this server, only ranked members get more abilities and permissions because they payed for it. Ranks have nothing to do with banning people

I think

For the explaining,

I know people will think I am using SpeedHack It wasn't It was

minecraft glitch or Server glitch

I did Sprint Toggle And moved left and crouch and moved right and crouch to INCREASE THE ACCURACY of my BOW

It just Looks like I am using Speed Hack

Second How is that an Aim Hack?

And I got banned.

Reason why Staff trust~ BECAUSE The reporter is DIAMOND RAnk and i am stone rank, they will trust Diamond guy because he is Pay to play
And I really can't understand why I am not un-crouching, I think It's a lag

Even with speed hack you will stop instantly the video on my channel of JesusMC shows that, but this videos not clear enough to show its simply not a routine of crouch-fire-uncrouch-sprintjump-stop- recrouch ect

He also accused you of aimbot. Looking from his perspective, he made a lot of mistakes as an archer. You took the chance to pressure him and shoot faster than he did, thus giving him only a very few chances to return fire.

Most of the time aimbot is unreliable. If that's so, then your head would have snapped.

As for sprint: You appeared to just did a brief sprint-jump to reposition yourself.

It was not full Charge Let's say Full charge is 3 I usually shoot at 2 That's why damage was 1.5 heart in 10 - 11 seconds

Full charge is 1 second. A bow lob (low powered shot) is almost right away. You did a "half-charged" shot, which is about 0.5 seconds. Also, arrow damage is based on the speed of the arrow, affected by drag - this is a form of damage falloff but it's not noticeable with those shots you made. In other words, bow damage is not consistent. This and armor penetration taken into account explain why you dealt 1-1.5 hearts of damage per half-charged arrow and 4 hearts of damage on a full hit.

I forgot what power enchant is on that bow. However, I do know that power increases the maximum damage your bow can deal. There's a formula someone on the MinecraftForum posted over there and I can give you more detail on that.

Here is TheMasterCaver's quote from that forum about bow damage calculation:

Velocity does in fact affect arrow damage, as seen from these lines in the code, which also shows that there is a random factor involved with critical arrows:

var22 = MathHelper.sqrt_double(this.motionX * this.motionX + this.motionY * this.motionY + this.motionZ * this.motionZ);
int var24 = MathHelper.ceiling_double_int((double)var22 * this.damage);

if (this.getIsCritical())
{
var24 += this.rand.nextInt(var24 / 2 + 2);
}

The base damage of an arrow is calculated as 0-2 depending on charge (full charge takes 1 second), plus 0.5 times the level of Power + 0.5 if the bow has Power, for a maximum of 5; this then multiplied by the velocity, which is affected by drag so arrows do indeed lose power with distance as shown below; the multiplier of 0.99 (when in air) does not sound like it has much of an effect but it accumulates 20 times per second (0.99^20 = 0.818 - a loss of 18.2% after 1 second. For water the multiplier of 0.6 means they lose 99% of their velocity after just 9 ticks, less than half a second):
var25 = 0.99F;
var13 = 0.05F;

if (this.isInWater())
{
var25 = 0.6F;
}

this.motionX *= (double)var25;
this.motionY *= (double)var25;
this.motionZ *= (double)var25;
this.motionY -= (double)var13;

Also, I believe some of the Wiki's information is no longer accurate - see the part about "isCritical"? That can add a LOT more than just 1-2 extra damage (as the Wiki shows between fully charged and critical shots); for example, if the value of var24 were 10 a random number between 0-6 (10 / 2 + 2 = 7; nextInt(7) returns 0-6) will be added for a range of 10-16.

For example, they say that arrows travel at 53 m/s, which is 2.65 blocks per tick (maximum), which when multiplied by the maximum base damage of 5 gives 13.25 (14 rounded up), plus 0-8 for a damage range of 14-22 for a Power V bow. This supports observations of spiders (16 health) failing to be killed in one hit from near point-blank range (in 1.6.4, which has the same code as up to 1.8, suggesting that this change is quite old, possibly when they changed other enchantments back in 1.6).

If you do not use hacks, it's a visual glitch.

Thats the problem ever since 1.9 theres alot of those including the fullgear respawn
I have actually seen the sneak vidual glitch in 1.8 but rarely.

Fullgear respawn? No, unless keepInventory = true. However, closest inventory bugs I can think of are the inability to stack potion arrows, armor value not showing in the HUD when armor is equipped, and the seldom "disappearing" items. This depends on the server though and not all have the same bugs.

I have played pvp with my friend when we were both on a skype call. On my screen he was shifting while sprinting and it looked like hacks when he has none. A few moments later he said the same thing about me.

That sneak I'm pretty sure is a hack. The fast sneak is against the rules and counts as a speed hack. Now, @CyanYellow

That crouching thing can be a visual glitch.
