It requires a lot of time on the forums and discord, as well as ingame. Once you have a decent amount of activity (you want to recruitment team to know you) then you can consider applying for helper at cbecrft.net/helper. Once you apply you need to wait for a response on your application. You can see how you are doing by looking at the tag next to it.
New: This is the tag when you first create your application, it means it hasnt been reviewed yet.
Considering: This is given when they have reviewed your application and decided that you meet all the requirements.
Unsuccessful: This can come after New or after Considering but it means that your application was unsuccessful and there will be a response to it with the reason and the amount of time you need to wait before applying again.
Interview: This means that your application was successful and you have made it on to the interview phase, this is the final step and after this you will either be accepted or denied.
Once you become helper you go through some fancy training that I dont know about so you might want to ask a helper or mod how that works :p
