It could vary from player to player. But I'd guess when u have more than 120 ms you could be a lagger.

And people call me a lagger even though I have 23 ms constantly but yeah life happens.

I usually go 70+ and I'm not lagged at all, in fact, that's usually the normal ping for a Spanish player although it also depends of your wifi, city/town... But, 120+ it's already kinda lagged. That's my ping on hypixel lmao haha, that's why I never play in that server ):

But... 170+ it's super lag haha, you hit someone and they fly away haha

I'd say 150 ping or higher is enough to be regarded as a lagger. Most competitive games, such as Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, have a limit on how how somebody's ping can be before they are automatically removed from the server by the anticheat

I guess you go laggy when you have 120 ping or higher.
I normally have between 30-50 ms. Sometimes, I get 100-120 ping and I don't usually lag. So, beyond that, I guess it's when you start lagging and, if you more higher ping, then your skin can freeze.

I think on average players with 150+ ping are laggers. It varies per player tho, sometimes players with 50 ping have a lot of lag and I've also seen players with 200+ ping who don't seem to lag. I believe Minecraft also puts your ping up if you have a low framerate, maybe this influences the ping for some people who don't actually have a bad connection. Not sure about this tho.

In Spain it is common to go at most 150+, if you have a bad wifi. But if you go to 200ms or more is that you go very lag. In Spain it also depends on where you are.

Cause fighting someone who is teleporting half way across the map isn't a fair thing to complain about?
no it isnt, its just as much of a disadvantage for us, people with low ping get plenty of advantages (they can actually move when they press buttons). so no, its not a fair thing to complain about, no one can do anything about it and people who complain are just annoyed that other people can beat them in pvp.

Fighting someone who teleports across the map isn't an advantage for the person fighting the lagger. It becomes a pain in the butt to fight cause one second they're in front of you, the next they're on the other side of the map (slight exaggeration but you know what I mean). That's why the vast majority of competitive games, such as Rainbow Six Siege, limits ping to 150 in a competitive game as ping higher than that can make the game unfair to play on both sides. High ping allows players in MC to get away from fights whilst the person on 30 ping will wonder where they teleported to.

In reality there needs to be more server regions on CCG to compromise for this problem. Most American friends of mine will always be stuck on 100-120 ping and that's the bare minimum for them. Obviously this is easier said than done because running a server to host the minecraft server in another region costs a fair bit of money and setting it up is a pain. However considering how the server is plagued with high amounts of lag related issues, it could be something they need to invest in. Very regularly does the server destroy my block 3 seconds after they've been placed. I have at least 2gbs worth of clips of me nearly dying because my bridge disappeared due to the server lagging and losing the packets for the placed blocks. This issue has been quite bad amongst my decently sized group of friends. Server lag is an issue. Not much else to be said.

there's honestly times where my ping is extremely high but I'm not extremely laggy, and there's time where my ping is decently low and im super laggy so

yep it is much harder to play with a lot of lag than without
i would love to play with 50 ping or lower just so my game will be respondive
