Good methods, but they aren’t useful to me. I have enough fps.

Deleting anything inside of the %temp% folder is a really bad idea IMO, and won't improve performance.
If you need to remove temporary files, your best bet is to run the Disk Cleanup tool that comes with Windows 10.
  1. Open file manager
  2. Click "This PC"
  3. Right-click drive "C:", then click the properties option
  4. Click on "Disk Cleanup"
  5. Select the options you would like, then click "OK"

This is the safest way of doing what you want to do. Be advised, like deleting %temp%, it won't actually improve performance in Minecraft.

Also for performance fixes, OptiFine is likely the best option besides getting a new computer. If you run the game in fullscreen, you can increase FPS by playing at a lower fullscreen resolution

Also:

Sadly, this won't make a difference

Props to the people running Linux :D Currently using Solus but run Fedora at home and work

First of all I want to say, thank you for the information.
I knew about the %temp% folder method and I actually never did it. Because of the same reason you tell us, it won't increase any FPS. But I contacted @Zombiepower and he included some other people told me that this method actually gives a small boost. I just think it depends on what laptop you are using. Like you mentioned before: playing on a fullscreen will increase your FPS, but I never knew it only increases if you play on a lower fullscreen resolution. Thanks for that information.
I actually have some more FPS when I hide every icon on my desktop. But as I said before: it depends on every single laptop. That's why I do alot of other methods in this thread - I am still updating it - that aren't something like OptiFine.
PS: I won't mentoined OptiFine in this thread because it's a main-thingy to get if you want a FPS boost.
But thanks again for the information.

That's not necessarily true, regarding full screen resolution. Was tryin' to word it so things wouldn't be over complicated.
Basically, yes, full screen will often give you a performance boost because the game is given priority over everything else then. Lowering full screen resolution in OptiFine will increase FPS even further, because the game is rendering fewer pixels - thus not working so hard. Hope that clears things up
I understand what you are saying. I'm glad that you want to help us out with our FPS boost. Didn't mean to argue, I'm just making a thread about the methods that helped me and other people out. So any new method is welcome. :)
