Whats the comand or the plugin to not be hungry in the lobby? Because in some servers your are hungry in the lobby, How can you do it?

I'm pretty sure that there's no command for that. Also,I never got hungry in the lobby. Do you have any evidence?

There isn't a plugin for this, you can do this in vanilla, I believe you can toggle it in the game rules.

You can't. Only in vanilla can you do that or a solo world. When you die, go straight in-game to prevent major hunger loss.

Apologies, there is not a gamerule for hunger, but here is an effect.
It's called the 'Saturation' status effect. Running this command:

/effect @a 23 1000000 20 true

If using Mulitverse u can go the multiverse folder and then to the worlds.yml and look for your world's name where u want hunger to be disabled. Found it? Then look for "Hunger" in the area of your worldname and set it to false.

Or if you use worldedit and worldguard then there is an option for it, search google "worldedit no hungry"

Or learn basic spigot/bukkit dev, call FoodLevelChangeEvent and cancel it, not that hard
