Ok so this is just a quick question: How will fishing rods work when cubecraft fixes them? Will they be like 1.9 fishing rods or like previous versions?
I cri ;( As of now rods are completely useless on cubecraft no pull, no knockback .(I don't think they would fix this. I even think they disabled fishing rod hits with the new 1.9 settings. I don't know.

no this only works on item entities and stealing items only works for the fisherman kitIf you didn't hear yet.. Fishing rods are able to steal item from players and grab far away items... So maybe they'll make fishing rod like that or maybe they will make them 1.8 again in 1.8 only gamemodes...
That's only in 1.8. If it infinitely produced KB, then why did Mojang removed that? In vanilla PvP, it was never able to knock players away, which implies that the infinite KB was an unintentional feature. Now, their use is very, and I mean VERY, situational. Most cases, it's to force the victim to lose control of their character while being pulled toward the rod. This is more or less a good thing though.Fishing rods are great for stopping a player's approach, getting the jump on them, proceeding to spam click them into submission.
