Sinceramente yo nunca pague con PayPal, solo 2 veces con dinero en efectivo y otra con tarjeta, pero ¿No se puede poner el dinero en una tarjeta de crédito para que pagues después?

Acabas de repetir extactamente lo mismo que ha dicho Chui antes, campeón.

Volviendo al tema, no estoy seguro al 100% ya que nunca he pagado con Paypal en la tienda de Cubecraft, pero creo que en algo te puedo ayudar.
Eso que te aparece si no me equivoco es una especie de verificación que hacen para más "seguridad". Simplemente ve al menu principal de Paypal (tienes que estar logeado) y te tendría que aparecer estas opciones: https://imgur.com/a/zCmqO2S - En la que marco en circulito, a ti te debería salir la opción de añadir tarjeta. Una vez que la añadas intenta hacer el mismo proceso de comprar hasta llegar a donde sacaste la captura. Cuando llegues a dicho punto, te deberían de salir varias opciones para realizar la compra, y entre ellas tendría que estar la de hacerlo con tu saldo.
