I got banned for something I did not do

So recently I had decided to start playing mine craft again. However, when I tried to join cube craft, I get an error message saying I'm perma-banned. It brings up a date saying I hacked, while I wasn't even on that day, and had never hacked before. Any suggestions?

Go to https://appeals.cubecraft.net/, type in your username, and try to appeal your ban.
If you didn't do it, try to take a picture of the error message and send it with your appeal so the staff can decide what to do.

The appeal was denied, and the ban was permanent because I ban Sentinel and then banned by a MOD.
