Wait where did you guys see that he was hacking? I put in both names in the appeal forum and got nothing.

The appeal site is new and dont see older things than before that update

He said that his "innocence was verified 4 months later". If that is true, I don't see why his stats shouldn't be restored.
The old appeals page says something different though, I guess a mod should check this.
