I was perm muted unfairly! Please help!

I was permanently muted for saying a "bad word" in chat and censoring it with "*". I tried appealing but I don't think they bothered to read it all because it was denied on the spot. I think it's unfair because
1. I censored the word, meaning it could be any word, so it can't count as chat offence.
2. I don't see why I should pay for Gold Rank to be punished.
3. I think nearly all of us have been in that ONE situation where someone is targeting you in game and you say a bad word.
I don't see why I'm different from all of those.
4. I've seen PLENTY of people say things like the N word and they get away with it without consequences. Again, I don't see why I should be treated unfairly from the others.

1. Ranks don't get you a bypass from muting, and ask the person who banned you. Which would be @telegamer.
If you did censor it then you shouldn't have been muted.
If you did say then it should've been filtered.

If you didn't say a bad word you won't be punished. But you are punished so you said a bad word.
Censoring the word doesn't matter. If they can see What you mean you can get muted for it. You can accept your punishment and wait, and contact a Staff member Who muted you. Tell him/her That you understand your punishment.
Anyway saying to have a gold rank doesn't say you can bypass the rules.

If Gold Rank was immune to the player rules then this server would certainly not be an official Minecraft partner and perhaps even be blacklisted by Mojang. There's a document called the end user licence agreement which means a server cannot accept payments for unbans (or similar, e.g. mutes).

And even if that didn't matter, who would want people with ranks being able to say whatever they wanted? That would really degrade Cubecraft.

The filter is a joke, it bugs out and censors out more safe words than bad words

I study autism and psychology and what you said is from your disabilities, he might have higher stages of mental or emotional instability then you do.

Doesn't matter if you censor it or not. You said death threats to someone and that also counts as directed swear. It's best to be at peace since your appeal was denied.

He censored the whole word out, meaning he could've said the F word (I feel like I'm 6 again for saying the F word) or any other word that is classed as "naughty". Yes I know kys is three words and yes I saw there was thee "*" but still, could've been anything else.

Censor could be anything. You can put 3 "*" and have it really mean a very large word. Again, once you have a final answer and know nothing else will happen, it's time to be at peace, as quoted below.
