If you have found an hacker, make a video with as much evidence as possible and then report them on the site: https://reports.cubecraft.net.

Just do what's stated above. I would recommend obs or bandicam to record

Upload the video to YouTube and report the players with the YouTube link, the type of hack and the username at: https://reports.cubecraft.net/

You don't need to record if someone is bullying you in chat. Just make a screenshot of the chat when someone is bullying by pressing F2 on your keyboard on windows or fn+F2 on mac.
You can find the screenshot in the folder:
%appdata%\.minecraft\screenshots

Just copy the image to somewhere else and again report the player with screenshot, type of offence and username at: https://reports.cubecraft.net/

Now , if you want to deal with a hacker learn to pvp them. Crit spam works well , you deal more damage then their killaura at times. As for bullying , deal with it or mute the chat

I understand that you're saying this but this person doesn't seem to be very experienced so I just pointed out some extra information to make it clearer for her.

Please elaborate on this, are you suggesting that players are favoring others or staff members favoring certain players?
If it's about players favoring, that's normal since they have friends that they are closer with and that's just how it is. (unless they are breaking the rules such as teaming with friends in a solo game < that would be reportable.)
If it's about a staff member favoring players, we are fair when it comes to the rules and do not give others any privileges. If you encounter a staff member doing so, please do approach someone about it. If they are borderline abusing their powers, please report them under : https://www.cubecraft.net/forums/staff-abuse.53/ with evidence.
