I've got a few mode ideas for Eggwars! Keep in mind that I do not wish for all of these to be added at the same time if this did become a real update, but one could be picked.

Eggtastrophe

If your egg is not broken, you are continuously supplied with eggs to throw and attack with. You can also buy a selection of new egg-related items in the shop:

Egg Cannon / 20 Gold / Supply eggs that are then fired at great distance
Giant Egg / 32 Iron / A massive egg that does three times the damage!
Explosive Egg / 5 Gold / An egg that explodes on contact!
Egg Bundle / 10 Gold / Supplies yourself with 32 eggs.

You can also get a new perk, Egg Rain, for 2 emeralds, which creates eggs that rain from the sky, exploding occasionally.


Moving Islands

Every minute, your island is moved back 1-2 blocks. A 5 second warning is given before this each time it is about to happen. You can purchase a new perk, Stable Island, for 2 emeralds, which moves it back to its original position and keeps it in that place for 30 minutes.


Longplay

This makes the game come in 4 different sections.

NAME - LASTING TIME - DESCRIPTION

PREPARATION - 3 Minutes - Your island is protected by a blue barrier, and can not be invaded.

EARLY GAME - Until an egg is broken - The barriers are gone, and the game is like regular. Diamond armour/tools can not be purchased yet.

MID GAME - Until 2 eggs are broken - The game is 100% back to regular.

LATE GAME - 15 minutes - Each team is supplied with diamond armour/tools.

DEATHMATCH - Until the end of the game - Shops are all gone, all eggs are broken, and the map starts slowly shrinking.

Interesting ideas. I'm not sure how some of these would work, and I think that there would be mixed feelings on these modes being implemented. The problem is that they don't really feel like EggWars. Some people would love that, but others wouldn't.

How do you see these modes being implemented? Would they be options that you vote for once joining a normal EggWars game, or will they be new EggWars gamemodes with new portals and everything? I feel like if these were put in as a voting option in normal EggWars, it would be controversial. So maybe something like "EggWars Chaos" could be added, that has all three of these modes (and maybe more).

This mode could be problematic, as it completely takes away one of the most popular playstyles of EggWars - speedrunning. This one specifically would definitely need its own separate mode, so people know exactly what they're getting into before joining. If an EggWars speedrunner joined an EggWars game, and this mode was selected, they would probably be annoyed.

My second problem with this is that the EggWars OG Update was just released, and it got a lot of positive reactions. Adding these modes would make EggWars feel less "OG", and take away from the update.

Overall, these are pretty interesting and creative ideas that could be very beneficial to EggWars, but I'd say that they do require some tweaking.

Eggtastrophe - sounds way to op and seems kinda annoying to play with
Moving islands - it would be super buggy and makes the game annoying and dumb
Longplay - bruh why are you trying to make cubecraft rip off bed wars in their game before it that takes the fun of egg wars away

Firstly Eggwars is not in need of a new mode, it just got updated and is running at a good playercount. The team has other things to focus on at the Moment as there soon will be released a new gamemode just as the the cubecraft league will be released soon too.

My opinion about your ideas:

Eggtastrohe would just flood the inventory with eggs, which will not really help to improve the gameplay, nor the game experience, it would make the game worse.

Moving Island would be way to hard to code and i honestly dont see a point in why the islands should change their position or form.

Long play also sounds kind of pointless as it just forces you in playing a certain variation of eggwars gameplay, it would be too long and too scripted to enjoy.

Sorry for this critique, id still love to see new ideas from you in future!
