IN PVP , I CAN`T SAVE MY CUSTOM KIT! PLEASE HELP ME

When i try to click on the armour stand to save my custom kit they tell to try again and if it doesnt work, to contact staff . Can someone of the staff help me ? i think this is the way to contact them.

I think the spawn eggs have something to do with it.
