Ip baning can be easy to get unban from it.

Lots of people have siblings and some accounts have the same IP because they're from libraries and schools (hard to believe people play Minecraft at school but it actually happens xD.) In most cases there will always be players who have alts but it's unfair on the people playing from the same ip who actually want to play legit.

Also IP bans can be easily evaded

IP-ban when there are 2 bans on an ip? As for evading, maybe block VPN acces? (This is what Badlion does, seems to work)

Well everyone can make mistakes, maybe there are some people (like me) who learned about this. and if the hackers are banned for kill aura/antKB they are abnned for 12 months so that's enough I guess? and if a hacker is using fly hacks he will get a perm ban so I think this punishment is enough.
