Iron not delivered

I've bought Iron from cubecraft, but if I log in on the server I'm still stone.
Can it be that the Mojang and cubecraft usernames need to be the same?

All payments are processed and received via Buycraft.
You will receive what you payed for when the payment comes trough.
This can take up to 10-15 minutes, if your rank still does not show in the game after 10-15 minutes, please contact a member of staff or a owner. Please do not contact Mojang about concerns on payments, they have nothing to do with the payments to Cube Craft.
