I found two people who are using paint skin in the same game. Is this okay??
I saw a person who is using the same skin and i lost that game because I couldn`t attack him

It might be a punctual thing, a visual bug. However, if it happens again, try to record and report it.
This visual bug happened to me some months ago, although I only saw it twice. I guess it's just something random.
