Is this method of Teaming Bannable ??

So, I had a Question in Mind about Teaming. I created this thread basically to get you guys's Opinion. So consider the following scenarios:
1.) So someday I decided to play with my friend in a solo match but Cubecraft doesn't have private games ( WHY?, PLEASE ADD IT ) so the only option for us is to queue in a solo Match together.
Now we've planned something different.
Basically, We'll kill every other player separately without being in contact with each other. We'll only meet when the last remaining player except us has been killed by one of us. So in this way, We didn't sabotage/cheated or Ruined the match of any other player. After everyone is dead except us, We can have fun & play together.
2.) I queued in Random Match & stated killing Nons & After killing like 2 Teams I go to a base, Destroy their egg, kill one of their Teammate & When I was Finding the other Teammate I found out he was hiding at the corner and dropping me iron & he had a cute skin. I leave his base, Neither killing him nor Teaming, just going & destroying other eggs.
Now the only Person Left is me & Him.
Now I give him Victory by Leaving the Match or Voiding ( If my Egg was Destroyed ).
Now I would Like to present My Opinions on both scenarios.
Case 1.) According to me, Teaming is bannable cause it ruins the experience of other players but in this scenario neither the Experience of any Player was Ruined Nor we teamed till the End. According to me I don't see anything wrong here bcz we didn't team till we were the last one left & we didn't ruined other player Experience. Tell Me What's Your Opinion on this & Should this be Bannable ?? Also if any staff is seeing this, Plss Reply if something like this can be allowed ??
Case 2: According to me, whatever happened cannot be labelled as Teaming. Neither I teamed with him nor I kill him. Now Personally if things Like this Happen I really feel very sad killing them / sometimes I even don't kill them.
Like Really, How can you kill someone Who has a sad face, He is dropping his Iron/ Gold/ Diamonds to you*** According to me I really can't do this! Can you ??
So Please Reply with What are your Honest Opinions on this & Should this be Bannable or not ?? Also Just for Clarification if Any Staff member's seeing this, Can you please tell me if something like this is Bannable according to Current Rules ??

When queuing into a solo game of eggwars or any solo game with a party this can leave to other player suspecting you of teaming from the start. However if you are playing the game how this is attended then this will be fine. Just keep in mine if you come across each other in the game you will need to fight each other not just punch one another and walk away otherwise players will seem to record you and look into if you are teaming or not, this can then lead to you being punished if the staff member that reviews the evidence and thinks it is enough to punish. Leaving each other to the end is also fine as all players in the match have then agreed to team this is not punishable. Also keep in mind if you are next to each other in a solo game and don't go for each other this can also been seen as teaming. But most staff members only punish players if they are standing next to each other or giving item or gear to each other this can be seen as teaming and will be punished for if the evidence is clear when showing this.

Your second point I answered in the first half of this a little bit. If you have not killed a player and they are sitting there dropping you items then if this is shown in a video or seen by another staff member a teaming punishment will be given. Even leaving there island and not killing the player can be seen as teaming. There are scenarios where you get into a fight with another player from another team and it looks like you are teaming when you are not. This can only be punished for if the players after someone is killed is not killed after the fact and are standing next to each other or leaving the island.

The first scenario is only punishable if you are seen to be giving each other items or just avoiding each other in general not fighting video evidence can be very difficult to get for teaming so can be very hard to punish for.

The second scenario can be punished even if they are giving you item and are putting on a sad act you will need to kill them as it can get both of you punished for teaming not just the player giving you items.
