jungle island restarting glitch

so me and my friends started a skyblock coop and after reaching the desert, my friend wanted to make a zombie exp farm. since we had farms and all other islands I told him to do it on the jungle island. I wasn't online at that time but my friend told me the whole jungle island had restarted and all the things he built there disappeard. I wasn't online at the time but when I logged on the next time the zombie spawners where no were to be seen. also I saw the restarting jungle before(all the trees have returned) and I thought I was just a glitch. now when I think of it it happen like 3 times that day so it was pretty dumb of me but it didn't happen when I played the day after so I thought it was just a glitch that happen a couple of times and won't happen again. now we are stuck and we cant do the shooting zombies quest and 500k is quite a lot of money. I don't evidence since I wasn't online when it happen but at least fix this bug please it's a very annoying bug.
