All players do receive a warning for swearing before they get muted.

Exception is Targeted chat (death threats or bullying). People shouldn't need to be reminded that death threats shouldn't be said in chat, on forums or anywhere really. :P

No, sorry. A mute for 1 minute, 5 minutes or 10 minutes is really short. It's good like it is now. And it should be really annoying if those 1-minute mutes would getting added on your appeal list thingy.. Sorry!

We should change it to muted because kicking is not fair if the person is making a mistake...
Therefor it should be like this...
1- Warrning
2- Mute 1 Minute
3- Mute 5 Minute
4- Kick and Mute for 10 minutes

i agree you can just re-join and spam again but mabey a little more strict though :P mabey warning then 15 mins then 30 mins
