CCR (Cubecraftian Republic) needed better soldiers to protect them from a more dangerous force. The Pacifier is their answer to this. These troops are very versatile. They are able to fight in close range with their Justifier and shield, or in long ranges with a bow and arrows. If they are not in the front lines, their special training in construction can help teams or themselves to get over obstacles. The stone tools offer them more capabilities in the defensive position by digging trenches, cutting down trees, or making tunnles. Each soldiers are given potions and a golden apple in case of great danger. Use them wisely comrades.

Yes, but dont worry, its part of Minecraft, you can turn it on on Options/Music And Sounds/ and at the bottom there is a button that says Show Subtitles, put it to on to see sounds of the game

It's useful even for people without hearing problems. I use it all the time. It might be distracting for some people, though.

Now I know, thanks mate! Its good that Mojang added this in the game. It makes the game experience a lot better for people with hearing problems.
