Kit Farming - Soloution

i have an idea, when people choose a kit and spawn they would have to wait another minute until they can choose another kit, this will decrease the chances scince people will have to wait ages.

No offence but /dispose doesn't work anyway. Instead of throwing them the stuff they can be killed and they take the loot or log out and the loot goes on the floor. It does not stop it and most of the suggestions to prevent it doesn't work. It also stops helping team like if your team wants diamond things, you can't throw them the loot.
I don't think there is any plug-in that can completely stop kit farming but only ones that can decrease the chance of it
