Tacos is highly aware, I'm pretty sure the video that was posted was of me, which has been proven to be faked by a member of the community who was banned same goes for a video of another staff member, several other videos of the channel have been reported and all the punishments of that channel will it are being undone seeing as they are fake evidence. If you feel that your punishment on the report site was unfair as the video is and has been proven faked please do as Chaos has said and speak to our staff manager. These videos being fake I can understand why some of the community is being angry at staff, and I apologize for any issues or inconveniences this has caused. I've personally viewed both of these videos and if I wasn't aware of who was in the video I personally would have believed it was real.
I understand but as soon as the thread was created, it should have been reported to Tacos.
You guys say you want to improve on communication but you're not taking any steps to improve. Currently, the course of this thread is going like this:
1) Player creates thread
2) Chaos responds telling the player to talk to tacos
3) Player talks with Tacos
4) Tacos does research upon background of the ban
5) Tacos comes with a judgement and tells it to the player in DM.
6) Staff respond to the thread informing the community and locks the thread
You should be doing it like this:
1) Player creates a thread
2) Chaos reports the thread to Tacos giving him full background information
3) Tacos responds to thread with a judgement, informing both the player and the community
You are just lengthening the process of communication by telling the player to talk to Tacos when you could easily inform Tacos of the situation and take it into your own hands.
I appreciate you informing the community on what is going on though.
