Make eggs are spawn protection time shorter

Well, since they respawn with nothing, it is highly unlikely that they will kill you. Unless of course they knock you off the edge which is possible in some maps.

I agree with @KronosReeper for 1.8 and hardcore mode. The other modes I think it's fjne.

No, I like the current spawn protection. It gives people a chance to protect their eggs, and protect against dumb and aimless rushers. However, spawn protection won't prevent a skilled player from getting an egg, which I like. So, unfortunately, I think I'd have to say that I wouldn't want to be defenseless against bow spammers rushing my egg.

Also, rushers can just block themselves in with obsidian or sandstone to destroy an egg anyways. Skilled players with gear can do even more. I don't see the impact removing spawn protection would do, other than preventing any person trying to defend their egg from defending. I think I like the way it currently is.

I have had multiple games where after FINALLY making it to a campers base, I tried to block myself in obby quickly, and then they broke inside and stood insoide me.
From there I had to face a 3v1 since I had no egg.
After finally beating this 3v1, I attempt to break the egg but since I used my obsidian earlier I don't have any left. I try to use sandstone but then there's one with eggcracker that delays me while the others get weapons and such.

Long story short: I beat the 3v1 FAIRLY after coming to them while they were camping after 20 minutes FAIRLY just to attempt to get to the egg and then they respawn with grace period making it near impossible for me to get to the egg. which is UNFAIR

I don't think it's unfair; unless you were not using an optimal pick. Unless this was the map Tropical(Solo) which I agree is broken, I don't see what's wrong. Which gamemode was this on?

I agree, I mean it's completely unfair that they can hit you endlessly over and over again but you can't hit them. Now on some maps this might not be a problem, but I can guarantee you that on the map instruments (where it takes 3 hits with a first to knock someone off your island) or fairground (where the spawn is right next to the egg) it's almost impossible.

And before you start coming with your as usual responses let me response to them already:
1. No sandstone is not going to help when someone has the egg cracker kit no matter what (even with debuffer they can still stand in front of you and block you from breaking the obbi)
2. Knocking them in void doesn't work, they can't be hit.
3. Obsidian is way too expensive and by the time you broke their egg and got out of you obsidian shell since you now locked yourself in they are either on your island destroying your egg. or have fully geared up and ready to 4v1 you in case your egg is already gone.
4. No trying to do it the sneaky way is not going to work all the time.
5. No debuffer kit is not going to work all they have ot do is kill themselves since you only have 1 potion of weakness.
6. No they do not "deserve a fair chance to defend their egg without gear" 1. It's not fair they are immune 2. The got killed, their own fault.

Did I forget anything?

EDIT: Yes I did, 7. No teammates are not always the option for instance when they are campers/noobs/egotistical/dead etc.

Anyway here is the ultimate 10/10 solution that has been requested many many times and is still not implemented for some reason:
Remove the spawn protection when they hit you.

Actually, according to some staff member, spawn protection is a minecraft thing in GENERAL not a CCG thing. I have no idea so don't quote me on this. P.S. bring debuffer with you it help soooo much.
