Java Make /rules fancy!

Hi there!

What I want to suggest is to make the text you see when executing the command /rules look better.

Now it looks like this:

While all the other general commands (examples: /store, /discord, /youtube, /twitch, ...) look like this:

It would be nice if the /rules command would looks something like this:
Click here to read our Rules! (Probably with a different color)

That was my suggestion!
Just a small thing ^^

Buying ranks / Discord / watching YouTube / watching Twitch is fun. Reading the rules is boring :D I guess that's why it's like this

Would be more complicated, imagine being ingame and getting a GUI when someone asks you to read the /rules xd
