I was thinking, maybe there can be a minigame where there's only one team and you have to work together, with objectives like build a monument(victory monuments), or get everyone out of a maze or a mob arena, or try and blow up the map, the possibilities are endless. It could be something new for CCG, and hey, it might even turn out to be the next Sky Wars.

I have a few ideas.
Zombie Siege - A group of players defends a castle from zombies. The zombies could have potion effects, armor, bows, but they should probably have bigger numbers and scaled to how many players there are. Kits could be pretty much stolen from KitPvP :D
Parkour Puzzle - A small group of players (depending on the map, maybe 2-4 or so?) goes through a parkour puzzle. If they succeed, each of them gets a record time, much like the Parkour server.
Boss Fight - Design a mob, with several abilities. (Such as spawning other 'minion' mobs, making an explosion, shooting fireballs, or dropping a lava block somewhere random. For this last one, I would spawn in a FallingSand entity of lava, to not surprise players.) After this is complete, either scale the health/attack power to the number of players, or set a player size, or both.

zobie siege sound like a really good idea.

They should make a game called cube jump or something. I just made this up in my head but it is a game that... Like skywars you have your own island and it is parkour. They equip you with a knockback 1 bow and they give you projectile projection 5 or something and you try to make it to the top of the parkour map. You can try to shoot your foes off and get first to the top. Whoever makes it to the top first or is the last person standing wins and gets 5 CCG points. Also when you kill someone you get a point. Anybody like the idea?

Cube jump sounds great on paper! It might be hard to implement, especially the fish slap KOTH mechanics. (Also, it isn't a teamwork game, maybe you should put the idea somewhere else.)

Only problem with Boss Fight would be that they would make extremely weak bosses.

Why would they be extremely weak? You could design it with 500 hearts of health :P
