I still think there isn't enough microgames within Minerware despite being a solid and fast paced game. I've got some microgame ideas that I feel should be implemented sooner than later.
1. Catch the fish - As the title says, catch a fish. A regular fish, Salmon, Pufferfish or Clownfish can randomly be chosen and one of these will be displayed on everyones screen, telling them that this is what they need to catch to win. Players will be teleported to the green blocks on the platform due to the blocks surrounding them will become water blocks. The timer will be 20 seconds. For instance, if at the 3 second countdown it says; "CATCH A PUFFERFISH!" then this is what I need to catch to get a point.
2. Be a farmer! - In this microgame, the green blocks on the platforms will turn into hoed dirt blocks. Players will have their inventories filled with carrots, potatoes, wheat seeds, melons, pumpkins and beetroot seeds. If the display on the 3 second countdown before the game starts says something like "PLANT AND GROW...BEETROOT!" all players have to plant beetroots. Bonemeal will be provided in the inventory, randomised within all the food seeds. You'd get 10 seconds to do this microgame, and players can place more than one seed in the hoed spots to stop other players from getting points. Players CANNOT destroy the crops of another player, however. Once the player manages to grow the required crop to a full state, they break it and then get the point.
3. This one will be an addition to the "WAIT FOR IT..." aspect of microgames. Opposite day - Players will initially be told to not jump, but they actually have to in order to get a point. After the "WAIT FOR IT" title on the screen, the word "OPPOSITE" will be on there, and this will be split into various activities, with this being one of them. For instance, if it told me "START LOOKING AT THE SKY!" I'd look down instead, because you need to do the opposite of what is being said.
So yeah, that's all I have so far. Give me some feedback.
