Bedrock Minerware Update Ideas! 🏆

Hello everyone! I have a few ideas of more things to add to Minerware, currently one of the less apprentice Cubecraft games. Here we go!

Spoiler: Treasure Chests

Use an iron shovel to loot a treasure chest that is hidden under the beach.

Spoiler: Mini Pillars of Fortune

Everybody stands on small bedrock pillars, and their inventory is full with random items. Try and survive!

Spoiler: Friendly Fire

You are holding a candle. Do parkour and avoid water on the ground/coming down from the ceiling to make sure your candle doesn't go out!

Spoiler: Find the Block

Everyone is inside of a house, and they must locate a certain block listed.

Spoiler: Carousel

Avoid the horses coming at you by doing parkour in a circle around a carousel!

Avoid spinning out, and race your friends!

Try and bear people on the other team by throwing dodgeballs at them!

Master Games

For rank users, they have a menu which shows which games they are best at. The games have the following trophies to unlock-
Bronze- win once
Silver- win three times
Gold- win five times

You can win the following prefixes based on this:

[Winner]- get 100% of your trophies bronze+
[Champ]- get 100% of your trophies silver+
[First Place]- get 100% of your trophies gold

How is candle working?

I think that find the button that Cube already made it's better concept fore micro-game

I not sure that this game would be ok for controller/touch players

Kinda pointless and just everyone with rank would have all prefixes, it's not too hard to win all the games 5 times if u play often

No. Last place is in parkour rank, I think winner might do, but other than that nah

I like this one. Players would need to keep digging until they find a treasure, and there would only be a certain amount: the players who can't find a treasure chest or when there are none left, they lose.

Mini Pillars of Fortune: Everybody stands on small bedrock pillars, and their inventory is full with random items. Try and survive!

This would do better as a boss game. Though, Pillars of Fortune is already a short form game. I don't see the need for this game to be added as a microgame or boss game in MinerWare when players can already play it very easily by itself.

Friendly Fire: You are holding a candle. Do parkour and avoid water on the ground/coming down from the ceiling to make sure your candle doesn't go out!

I like this idea, but it might require too much looking around and paying attention for mobile users to comfortably play.

Find the Block: Everyone is inside of a house, and they must locate a certain block listed.

This one sounds fun as a boss game, where players would have to locate multiple blocks instead of just one.

Carousel: Avoid the horses coming at you by doing parkour in a circle around a carousel!

This one would be a bit like the hole in the wall microgame, but opposite. I like it!

Ice Boat Race: Avoid spinning out, and race your friends!

Definitely a big no-no. For non PC users such as mobile players the boat interface can be extremely disruptive and hard to use and the mobility is wonky. Things like elytras and boats are simply not an option for Bedrock's crossplay.

Dodgeball: Try and bear people on the other team by throwing dodgeballs at them!

This would mean an entire team can win. That is not how boss games should work. The points should be awarded to the best players of the round. This would also get chaotic very easily.

If there would be a field where players need to avoid dodgeballs that are thrown randomly from ball dispensers, so the players don't get to throw the balls themselves and only have to focus on avoiding, it would work much better. That way it's also a matter of who can survive the longest without an entire team winning.

In my opinion, statistics shouldn't be behind a paywall. I just don't see the point in this.

Great idea but a skyblock update is more needed tho

I like the idea of this one but maybe there should be a few subtle hints on where the tresaure is

PoF is already such a quick game that I don’t think it needs to be implemented into MinerWare

A reverse Hole in the Wall, I like it!

This would be hard to control for touch consoles so probably not a good idea

Overall, not bad but there is definitely some tweaking needed.
