Hi so i had a post over a week ago stating and showing evidence of a hacker on egg wars. I not only have yet to receive any reply but your admins (who say they're online on the site) completely ignore EVERY MESSAGE I'VE SENT. The horrible activity and lack of communication on this server is absurd i will not be recommending this server to anyone because of the lack of activity on this server. Thanks for your damn time.

2) The staff have lives. They do not have time to reply to all their messages, and they don't have time to reply to reports as there are about 20 pages per day of reports alone. That, in turn, has a lot of stress and commitment for moderators to handle. They will be going through reports soon.

This is very true. They have lives of their own and if you spam them with messages, that makes them less likely to reply.

Staff are trying their hardest to work out the ban-section. If you feel like your reports have been unnoticed for a long time, feel free to tag staff. Also keep in mind, your not the only person reporting players. We get a lot of reports each and every day. We sometimes, can't make it to your report.

Again, we get a lot of reports each and every day. We have good communication together. Lately, with the ban section, staff got to do more reports.

We all have other things to do. We can't be on banning players every single day. Most of us now have school, which brings us with some of the reports being un-answered. Keep in mind, we will eventually get to your report.

Basically everyone has said so; staff have lives and even when on cubecraft reports have a little priority. The new anti-cheat is coming out soon so be patient and wait.
