It's easy. Just make cubecraft more democratic instead of banning people from the network for telling us the truth.
So you want people to vote on whether someone is getting banned?
You can also just keep guessing things and you'll know you're right once you get network banned! No I'm not saying that people could directly vote. However, just give us more influence and stop hiding things.
You leaving the staff has been a godsent (not that i didn't like you as a mod, not at all the case and you know that). You're bringing such light to things and why things are how they are, don't ever stop doing that please, cause i doubt they'll ever tell us themselves. You can also just keep guessing things and you'll know you're right once you get network banned!
On to the topic: I agree, they keep things hidden because of the stress it puts on themselves and the developers and so that other servers won't copy their work. Clearly seeing the playercount on CubeCraft going down this is probably not the way to go, I understand that Minecraft all together is losing players, but there's still a decent market and we don't really have anything to offer to bring in new players or keep the current ones.
If we somewhat know what's being worked on or whatever, we can gvie suggestions, they can implement things and show us and so on.
As we all wonder...I'm not taking sides in this controversy, and neither should any of you, as none of us know the full story. I do question some of the aspects as to how the evidence is enough to accuse her of the recent leaks of upcoming projects.
Should've seen me on Slack as a staff member lolYou leaving the staff has been a godsent (not that i didn't like you as a mod, not at all the case and you know that). @Tacosbefriends pls read tyPeople say stupid things all the time, things that aren't intended to be made public. When they are brought forward for everybody to see, they have negative consequences that are also unintentional. Whether the nature of what was said was serious or not is irrelevant; no ill-intent was meant. The inconsistency of the rules has really been bothering me as of late, why is it that staff members can be network banned for a leak threat, yet only receive a demotion for abusing their perks to remove sanctions from friends?
I feel a 'Complaints' section should be added to the forums, accessible only by people with a signed in account (as to not turn potential newcomers away from the idea of creating an account). Obviously creating alt accounts to cause drama is not an okay thing to do, so I feel those bans were totally justified; this has been against the rules for as long as I can remember. If there were a 'Complaints' section, then the community could discuss things that they dislike about the server, free from the worry that they're going to be punished as a result of voicing opinions. I know there's a section for staff rants, but let's be honest - there's one staff member that many of us dislike, and considering they're one of the very few people who can even access staff complaints, it feels awkward to complain about them essentially to their face. Ordinary forum rules would obviously still apply to this hypothetical 'Complaints section'; no swearing, targeted harassment, politics, etc.
Currently, if people want to complain, they'll create hashtags and spam them in as many places as they can until they're banned, because any attempt at genuine discussion is locked on sight. This leads to players being banned for spam and/or drama, which only riles people up more. Every forum needs a place where its people can vent, and such a place feels very overdue on Cube.

Please remember that the voluntary staff team is a group of people selected by those that lead the server. If there are intern issues within the staff team, it is only normal that players don't have much of a say in it. How management deals with their volunteers is up to them, and the player base isn't in the position to cause uproar when they don't agree with their decisions, as it doesn't directly affect them. How do you want the community to be less toxic if this is how the server is gonna treat us?
It would be impossible to get access to the chats where she may have actually leaked information. Though, having a moderator -a role model- who calls her community a 'shithole' and carelessly handles hundreds of reports so she can claim a gift card is not the type of player that should be given relatively powerful permissions. The last thing in particular would have already been enough to demote her.Isn't the usual policy in humanity to be "innocent until proven guilty"? In this case, cubecraft makes it seem "Guilty until proven innocent."
Guess what. Only one person is reading that, and the person is the cause of most of the current problems.https://www.cubecraft.net/forums/staff-feedback.53/ is the place I suggest if you want to make staff complaints or I suggest bringing it up in PM with a staff.
hmma republic country. Which is basically the opposite of a democracy.
Sorry, I messed up, didn't do my research, it's just a representative democracy my bad.
Where do you live??There are some laws set in place making it so hiring family members or having a friend in the business is not allowed,
The French system is very different though. You can't really call it an republican country. Besides Cubecraft itself is a Britisch company which means they have to follow british laws. Also, CubeCraft is hosted in France, a republic country. Which is basically the opposite of a democracy.
