If used properly it could be useful, if someone was to report them though they may want the report to be anonymous instead of alerting the person that they just reported them.

Yes! anonymous reports could be useful, although i tend to screenshot/record rather than report now :3 if this was to be implemented, the accusers should definitely remain anonymous.
