Designer ranks are given only to people who work as a designer for Cubecraft as their job. You can read more about what else designers do in here if you are interested about joining some day. I'm not sure what the exact requirements for Designer are, but I know that there are some.

Minor server update: CubeCraft replaced the emote stand with how to play in all game lobbies. Very nice QoL change for Bedrock. It's also added to the hotbar when you join the game, so now new players can walk up to it or use it while waiting for game to start to learn the game
