I have the invoice of the rank bought if you ask me. The range is unlimited Diamond and pay for 75 euros since I do not want to lose them because the account of elrayito is now not premium I do not know why and yesterday I bought this account and I would like my rank. So you bought a rank yesterday, and you haven't received it yet? If so, please contact @Joe Henry via Discord (he might answer you in this thread since I tagged him). Please give him the following information:

• Minecraft username which you bought the rank for.
• E-mail adress used with the purchase.
• Date of purchase.
• Proof of the purchase.

I don't understand what you are saying completely.

If you were meaning that you want to tranfer your rank, you can't do anything since Cubecraft doesn't transfer ranks anymore.

If you weren meaning that you want your money back, you can't do anything, because Cubecraft doesn't give your money back.
