All Networks Nerf armour protection to match 1.9 combat update.

Alright so the armour is too powerful in PVP such as overpowered items in SkyWars/EggWars. We want to nerf it so armour point protects from 0.8% to 4%.

New: 15 -> 10.5
Old: 15 -> 6
New: 20 -> 16
Old: 20 -> 8
