Nether portal in lucky islands

Hey everyone!
Just wanted to show you all that it's possible to make an active nether portal in lucky islands :)
This is done in the map western, where there is gravel for flint and steel.
With barricade kit/obsidian explosion you can get the obsidian.

You can't :( You just stand in it and the screen turns purple and nothing really happens.

Haha he wasn't in game with me, I don't know why he said that, probably because I told him I couldn't go through the portal.

Hmm, sounds fun, it's definitly possible to get obsidian using water and lava, and the Pyromancer kit (idk the real name lol) gives flint and steel. Please inv me too if I'm online :D IGN: CookieBoy368

We're probably not doing it, because you already tried and chances are that we'd also don't make it through the portal

Sure but I'm gonna try it sometime :D Eggwars would be more of a challenge

You may not be able to go in, but it makes for a lovely distraction.

All you need is the obby drop and the baracade kit

How did you light it? Is there gravel somewhere, or did you use the fire breath wand in some way?

Or just use the gravel from the ground for flint
And get iron

Aha, thanks :D There may be some more maps with gravel, I just didn't think about it. Iron is possible in every map because of the lucky blocks.
