New App

Ok. Before everyone goes off in the comments saying that they have no time, please don't. That would be a very common answer to this, and I'd rather not have my inbox filled up with all of these messages.

Now that that is out of the way, I have a suggestion. A new app. I know from experience that I visit the forums a lot, and a lot of the time it is on my phone because my computer is not very portable. This would take a while, but I think that it would be a lot easier for a lot of people who also uses their phone. Tell me what you think? But remember to not tell me that they have no time. Please just don't.

It will take some time so maybe later on once they have finished with the anti-cheat etc. I also sometimes use my phone (although majority of the time not), but it will be handy to "carry around the forums with you." I love speaking to people and checking out everything on here and I think if there was to be an app, I would definitely download it and use it a lot.

Yes, it would take a while, but I think it is worth it. I happened to just think of it because I am on my phone right now! Waiting for my food to finish at this restaurant.

I hope it gets released along with the new forums update that is apparently coming out :D I use my iPod to check the forums often so this would be great :D

It wouldn't be also only forums you could report, there could be a store, and everything that comes with the site if that is possible.

Maybe not reports, that could be a little harder to do and I'm not sure how you would get the video onto your phone and upload it to YouTube and then create a report just from your phone. Using a PC or a laptop is much more efficient for that, but the store and the rest of the forums would work.

Uploading the video would be a problem. If you have already uploaded it and are just left with making the report, yes, it would work.

Exactly, most of my time I am on my phone and not always on my PC, if there would be an app, it would be easier to join the forum for me and for other people

I actually don't see why this would be necessary. The forum works perfectly on a phone. An app woul cost money, time and it would take up space on my memory card...
Totally unnecessary imo.

Altough I like the idea I don't think it's necessary, the site works fine so to make a whole app for the forums would be a little over the top. I have to say it's very creative and original I mean (I think!) no server has an app for there forums.

So my thoughts on this:
It's totally unnecessary as the phone version of the forums works perfectly fine...
It would take time to make and would only fill my memory on my phone...
It was suggested before but denied for this reason... It's not needed, yes it would be fun to have but srsly unnecessary!

No. The forums work pretty well on my iPhone SE, on my iPad 2 and on my iPod (idk, first gen, maybe?).

I don't see an issue. I use my phone all the time and I don't really think an app is necessarily required.

I don't really see how this is a bad idea, but I doubt that they have any connections with people that are decent when it comes to designing media applications

I'm personally not against the idea, but as others have stated, I don't think it's necessary. The mobile website works perfectly fine in my opinion.

Also creating an app would take a lot of work and time, bug testing, multi device compatibility, ongoing support. Whereas with the web version it's far simpler to manage.

Also the cost of this would be significantly higher than just using the mobile web version. Best spend that pennies on more important things.

I'm pretty sure that creating an apps cost money, if it does, it would kinda cut their budget by a lot.
I'm typing this using a phone right now so I don't think it's necessary at all.
