New Punishable Offence

Hi guys I have a new punishment suggestion that should be placed under a ban like teaming...
This punishment only works if something like this happens:

Diamond Rank Me: Voted OP
Diamond Rank Tom: Voted Normal
OP Items...
Tom killed Me with bow...
Me: Dude why did you do that
Tom: Noob voted OP

Let me explain a lot of times I get killed instantly in Sky Wars because people target me if I vote for something... Noticably if some people pop in and vote Normal and I win they either instantly bow me off or they get some blocks and insta-bridge me...

Its not really fair to be honest... Its voteing and its not right for people to littearly target and kill you right away just because you voted different...

I'm tired of landing games where people curse you in chat or do this...

Now some people will say this is not fair for people not doing this...
Well listen this only APPLYS TO THE RANKED PERSON(S) WHO VOTED AT ALL...
Now what I mean if there killed within ill say 10-15 seconds by someone next to them that all so voted something different or someone who raged because of it that's how this punishment works...

To recap: Ban would be for teaming type of ban
My idea of what the punishment would look like:
1st 1 Day Ban
2nd 2 Day Ban
3rd Week Ban

I'm not too sure, I mean the player who voted op always has the chance to fight back and kill the targetting player. Targeting doesn't give them an advatage to winning in any way either. It's just immoral.

This is unnecessary as what you are suggesting is banning non-donors or less value donors for targeting you in a game because you voted for an option they did not like. First off the person you could be reporting could be the person closest to you and doesn't care about the game type. I am pretty sure the staff team will never add this as it is far exploitable and you can find loopholes to get innocent players punished. I am sorry but I am totally against this suggestion

A. It's pretty much impossible to prove.
B. They would've still killed their neighbor/shot their neighbor off regardless of you being there
C. It's not unfair, as you could've done the same or just hidden yourself for a bit.

Sure, this can be annoying, but I definitely wouldn't punish someone for getting kills really early on. That would just ruin the game for a lot of people.

I think that ranks shouldn't be shown in the pre-game lobbies, and votes should be anonymous.

No for a few reasons,
1 they need to kill you in order to win the game anyways
2 ain't any game someone could say I killed you due to you didn't vote for this yet I may not be being serious I could have been joking
3 with this not being allowed players can will just report everyone who kills them and call it against this rule without the players actually saying that was why and it wasn't just I wanted to kill someone
(the only form of this at all I agree with is for example it is eggwars and they keep coming back after you kill them and more than once or twice which you can already report under targeting)

Ok so all of you don't understand that its not fair to be instantly targeted with someone with a bow kit or instantly bridgeing toward you after you do that...
But I still understand your concirenes but it makes me more mad that you think this is ok

As @HScrozzy said that votes and what not should be hidden I agree and that might be a better idea but still you think its ok to target people right away?
